Over five years after we visited Denver during our OTOL Rockies RailFest 2014, we returned to the city for Denver RailFest 2019. Since we were there last, three commuter lines have gone into service. Light rail has been expanded beyond the system that existed back then as well. We rode Amtrak's California Zephyr overnight both ways between Chicago and Denver.
