OTOL Keystone Excursion 2006 was a daytime Amtrak round trip between Philadelphia and Harrisburg. Some participants boarded at other Northeast Corridor stations. The goal was to ride the newly refurbished electric Amtrak rail service between the two cities.
Eleven people got together this beautiful Autumn Saturday and rode the rails in Pennsylvania.
